In order to delve deeper into a characters actions you need to perform some sort of exercise in characterization. We therefore did this is your life, an exercise where I took a character and performed as them in improvisation while people came into interact as different characters where I would then change the way my character acted when in the presence of various characters from Eqqus. I was Alan, when alone I was very quiet and still but when anyone was around I became on edge and knew that Alan preferred to be alone and felt uneasy around people especially around Dysart. Therefore when Dysart came to me I felt knew that Alan was very dismissive and blunt with Dysart because of Dysart's questioning character that Alan sees as interfering which explains why he acts that way to Dysart.
